The main challenge for Recnice was to address the limitations of traditional employee recognition programs, which often lack personalization and fail to engage employees effectively. The solution was crafted with flexibility in mind, allowing it to meet the diverse needs of companies where recognition expectations vary according to corporate culture. Flexibility in customization was a core principle, ensuring the platform could adapt to different environments. Transparency was equally important—giving administrators the tools to manage budgets and track expenses tied to recognition programs.

The solution allows controlling the budget and enables funds managing, as well as delegating recognition to managers, conducting reward-based surveys, managing company benefits through a corporate store, and implementing non-monetary rewards. Gift certificates are also included.
