About the project
Our client is a US-based tech company that provides desktop and mobile software for event management. Trusted by Fortune 500 companies and industry-leading brands, the client offers innovative solutions to streamline event organization and attendance.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a hub for all event-related activities, automate event management, and improve communication between event organizers and attendees. The platform had to be flexible enough to design custom event registration pages and send bulk e-mail invitations and RSVPs to various groups of contacts. In addition, the platform required an in-built payment processor to collect payments and integration with external databases and apps.
Solution
Since the platform handles immense data volumes, we set up cloud infrastructure to make it robust and secure. Blackthorn Vision’s team harnessed the latest web technologies to empower dozens of complex features, including event and attendees registration, selling tickets, collecting feedback, and more.
On top of that, we developed a fully customizable event registration flow. Users can customize everything about the event, from registration forms and drop-down menus to the look and feel of a landing page. A simple and efficient user experience makes customizing easy and doesn’t require any coding skills.
