Senior Recruiter



  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruiting;
  • Deep knowledge of the IT market and technical literacy;
  • Expert level skills in the full cycle of the recruitment process and sourcing channels;
  • Successful experience in closing senior-level vacancies;
  • A self-driven, proactive, and energetic person who can manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode;
  • Strong network of contacts and established industry relationships;
  • Great communication, negotiation, collaborative and interviewing skills;
  • English — intermediate strong and higher.

Would be a plus:

  • Successfully closed Golang Developer vacancies.

  • Create job descriptions based on teams’ needs and the company’s culture;
  • Active sourcing (X-ray, Boolean Search) on a variety of platforms (StackOverflow, GitHub, LinkedIn, Djinni);
  • Conduct interviews & build strong pipelines;
  • Track all interview results and profile information in the company’s internal database (Cleverstaff ATS);
  • Successfully close vacancies with relevant candidates in the shortest possible time;
  • Strategic planning: work on the yearly/quarterly hiring plan;
  • Collect and analyze metrics, provide changes based on recruitment analytics;
  • Assist in increasing the company’s HR brand.
