Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering the company’s sales targets through building B2B and B2C relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction with the entire sales process.


• Lead generation: Linkedin, Upwork, Twitter, Facebook, Marketing campaigns (bulk email);
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement;
• Preliminary interview and customer qualification;
• NDA revision and signing;
• Management of the relationship between internal and external project resources;
• Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns;
• Forecasting sales targets and making sure they’re met;
• Company representation: research, meetings set-up, cooperation agreement;
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.

Agile: Scrum, Lean&Kanban

Skills Required:

• 2+ year of experience in Sales processes;
• A deep understanding of marketing principles;
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills;
• Strong sales and negotiation techniques;
• Team working and leadership skills;
• Strong understanding of full-cycle of sales process;
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced level of English.
